Our diverse group of people is united by a profound interest in the field of workshop facilitation. In close co-operation with our partners, we create spaces for serious play in organisations. This interpersonal process opens up possibilities for people to construct and explore  fresh opportunities for organisational improvements, coherence and trust.

 

Expertise is rooted and secured in both academic and practical spheres: we engage in university and corporate networks alike. Our research aims to identify and bridge differences between the two worlds and inspire academic conferences as well as corporate venues.

 

Although we can facilitate ‘stand-alone’ workshops, we are primarily contracted as a brick of a bigger change process in a company. These processes are mostly related to organisational culture & identity, corporate ethics and knowledge management.
